Management and computer education in India has undergone sea changes during the last one decade. Thanks to the economic reforms and the onset of globalisation that we have a new challenge i.e. to produce management and computer professionals who can operate efficiently across the globe and can also excel in a highly challenging and competitive market environment and economic scenario.
Moreover, we believe that an atmosphere of openness, participation and fairness help to develop a conductive environment for growth and learning for our students. The institute aims to create a learner centric environment that we hope will provide a learning experience to all our students and this learning experience will impact their careers and their lives in a positive manner ultimately. To this end we have continually engaged over the years in the relentless endeavour to improve upon our past performance.
It is also our belief that the faculty plays a significant role in influencing the careers and in some cases the destiny of the students. It is towards this end that our faculty is a perfect blend of knowledge, experience and creativity. In addition to this, we also have an understanding with the leading institutions of the country for further training and development of our faculty.
Finally, at RBSMTC we do not believe only in teaching our students in order to make them fit to receive MBA,MBA(Tourism Management),MCA,MAM (Dual Degree) and MCA (Dual Degree) degrees from U.P. Technical University,Lucknow but we also train and groom them to such an extent, that they are readily and happily accepted by the recruiters.
