Master of Computer Application (MCA)

(Five year full-time integrated course for 10+2 passed students)

MCA (Integrated) is an on-campus five-year full-time course designed to prepare aspiring students for a bright career as software professionals after 10+2.

The course comprises ten semesters (two semesters in each academic year). After successful completion of five years, a “Master of Computer Application” degree is awarded to the student.

The major objectives of this course are:-

To impart in-depth knowledge of concepts, tools & techniques of computer science and their application in live situations.

To prepare students to acquire responsible positions in IT and allied industries and also help them to start their own ventures in software or web development.

To develop functional, technical and general computing skills and also soft skills like leadership and communication skills for holistic development of personality.

To train the students to design and develop systems for the management of resources of the organization.

To stimulate and inculcate the thinking process and inquisitiveness among the students to face the challenges of Indian and global market.

Admission Procedure:-

The eligibility criteria for admission to MCA (Integrated) is — “Passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects plus having minimum 45% (40 % for SC/ST) marks in aggregate”.

* Admission against U.P. State Govt. Quota Seats (i.e. 85 % seats):-

Through the counselling of UPTAC-2023, conducted by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (Formerly Uttar Pradesh Technical University), Lucknow.

* Admission against Management Quota Seats / Vacant Seats:-

As per Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (Formerly Uttar Pradesh Technical University) , Lucknow and State Govt. guidelines a candidate satisfying any one of the following conditions may apply for direct admission against management quota seats / vacant seats

- A candidate who has secured more than 45%( 40% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate in his 10+2 examination with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects.

- A candidate who has qualified CUET-2023, Exam.

Tuition Fees Rs. 20,000/- per semester

Examination & Other Fees : Rs. 7,865/- per year
